St. Mary’s County Funding

State Direct Aid to St. Mary’s County saw a $4.7 million increase. Education funding was most of that with an extra $4 million for K-12. Libraries saw an increase as did the College of Southern Maryland (CSM). Public Safety stayed the same while the County got 18% more for Transportation, and $200,000 more for Program Open Space.
